Return Policy


In-store purchases:

Full priced items purchased in store can be returned in store for refund or credit within 7 days.

Online Purchases:

Online purchases can be returned for refund or credit via our returns portal.

You may return online orders in store only for store credit/ exchange.

We will accept online returns within 7 days from when your order has been delivered, pending the item was not final sale. 

You have 7 days from delivery to request a returns label. The shipping carrier must be in possession of your return package within those 7 days.
Return requests are done manually, and can take up to 24 hours to approve.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking information shows delivered.

Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Items discounted 25% or more off the original price, or that are located in our "Clearance" sections, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The item must be in "like new" condition, meaning unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tickets attached.
  • Japparel Inc reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and you will need to pay a reshipping fee to return the items to you.
  • If your return exceeds our $250 return limit per order number, you will be charged a $2 restocking fee per item.

In case of return, please package your item with care, folded nicely, and with your order number inside the package to ensure a proper refund.

If a prepaid label is requested, $9 will be deducted from your return for label cost.

Returns for store credit are at no charge.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are responsible for their own return shipping. Please email us for shipping instructions.



Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
