How long does shipping take from when I place my order?

Processing time is 2-3 business days. Most orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping time is 1-2 business days for the Tristate area.

Anywhere else in the US is 3-5 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to U.S., Canada, and Israel.

For shipping elsewhere, please contact our customer service team for rates!

 

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above $150 ship free. Under $150, we charge a flat fee of $8.95.

International orders will calculate their own shipping charges.

OBS: Customer is responsible for the cost of return label and customs. We do not provide return label for international orders.

 

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Delays can happen that are out of our control. Please wait a few extra days before contacting us.

We are available to help you submit a claim and to locate the package if need be.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! Pickup location is in Brooklyn, NY.

Place your order and wait for email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up. Or you can call the store and someone will be able to assist you.

Returns for pickup orders are also within the 7 days, starting from the day that the email confirmation was sent. 

 

The item I wanted sold out! What can I do?

Sometimes we do restock select styles. However we can not guarantee this for every item on the website. We suggest you grab it while it’s there! You can also submit your email to be notified in case the item restocks.

In addition, we do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. If an item on your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order right away. 

Can I return an item I bought on sale or in clearance?

Any item discounted 25% or more (whether through our own markdown or through coupon code) is FINAL SALE. 

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

You can access the gift card section via our drop down menu.

 

How do I care for my Japparel garment?

We recommend always using a delicate wash cycle and laying flat to dry. However, always check the care label inside the garment because some items are dry clean only due to the delicate nature of the fabric.

 

How do I know what size to purchase?

Sizing can vary between each items due to fabric and silhouette. We understand that it can be difficult to shop online, therefore, we have provided a sizing chart located on our item pages.

Please note all measurements are flat measurements. A flat bust measurement is not equivalent to bra sizes.

If I made an online order, can I return in store?

Online orders can be returned in store for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

 

How does it the restocking fee works?

Returns above $250 will receive a deduct of $2 per item on their refund.

 

How long does it take for the refund to go back to my account?

It takes 3-5 business days for the refund to go back to its original form of payment

 

How can I use my points? 

To redeem your rewards, simply sign up or log in to your account. If you’re new, create an account on our website and you’ll automatically receive 300 points just for joining. Once logged in, return to the main page and click the black Rewards button at the bottom left of your screen (on mobile, it appears on the right). Then select “Ways to Redeem” to view your available points. Choose how many points you’d like to use, and a discount code will be generated for you. Just enter that code at checkout to start saving!

 

If I used my points in a purchase that I returned, will my points be refunded as well?

No, points are non-refundable.
